Use of Vehicle

The renter may operate the vehicle only under this agreement. The renter must hold a valid driver's license, meet insurance eligibility, and any misrepresentation voids permission to use the vehicle.

Maximum Daily Mileage

The maximum mileage is 100 KM per day. Additional mileage may be charged at $0.12/km or the rate set by the rental company.

Insurance

Insurance is mandatory for every rental and cannot be declined. It is charged for each rental day at the daily rate shown in the price above and on the agreement. The renter must notify the company immediately after any accident and cooperate with all investigations.

Damage Responsibility

The renter is responsible for damage, tickets, penalties, unpaid rent, and repair costs caused during the rental period, including damage caused by driving errors or misuse.

Security Deposit

The security deposit may be refunded after the vehicle is returned if there is no additional damage, unpaid rent, tickets, penalties, fuel charge, or cleaning charge.

Prohibited Activities

No driving under the influence, no driving without a valid license, no commercial use unless permitted, no lending the vehicle to third parties, and no smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Renters should compare pickup and return photos with the owner, and the owner may assess damage based on before-and-after evidence.

Termination

The owner may terminate the agreement for violation of terms. If the vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled return date, the agreed rental fee may still apply.

Entire Agreement

This agreement is the entire rental agreement between the parties and becomes effective once the renter accepts the terms and completes checkout.
